Inside Sales Executive (EdTech) – Work From HomeCompanyCoding Superstar is one of India's leading career transformation platforms specializing in Azure Data Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, and AI. Job RoleWe are looking for highly motivated Inside Sales Executives who are passionate about sales and enjoy interacting with professionals from across India. Your responsibility will be to guide prospective learners, understand their career goals, counsel them on the right learning path, and help them enroll in our programs.
Key Responsibilities• Call and follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
• Understand each candidate's experience, career goals, and challenges.
• Explain our programs, curriculum, projects, certifications, and career roadmap.
• Conduct career counseling and recommend the most suitable program.
• Handle objections confidently and convert interested prospects into enrollments.
• Follow up consistently until the decision-making process is complete.
• Maintain accurate CRM updates after every interaction.
• Coordinate with the operations team for successful onboarding.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets.
• Attend sales training sessions and continuously improve communication and closing skills.
Eligibility• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are an advantage).
• Minimum 1 year of Inside Sales, Education Counseling, B2C Sales, Banking, Insurance, Real Estate, or Telecalling experience preferred.
• Freshers with exceptional communication and learning ability may also apply.
• Comfortable working with sales targets.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-disciplined with the ability to work independently from home.
• Laptop and stable high-speed internet connection are mandatory.
