Job Description
Handle motor insurance sales, renewals, and policy documentation.
Coordinate with insurance companies for quotations, approvals, and claim settlements.
Assist customers in selecting suitable insurance policies for new and used vehicles.
Process cashless and reimbursement claims.
Maintain insurance records and customer databases.
Follow up with customers for policy renewals and claim updates.
Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies.
Work closely with sales and service teams to improve customer satisfaction.
Generate daily/monthly insurance reports.
