Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Voice & Non-Voice Process

Location: Brookfield, Bengaluru

Work Mode: Work From Office

Shift: Day Shift

Weekly Off: Fixed Saturday & Sunday

Salary: Up to ₹4 LPA + Performance-Based Incentives

Job Summary We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for Voice and Non-Voice Customer Support roles. This opportunity is open to both freshers and experienced professionals who possess excellent communication skills and are passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

• Eligibility CriteriaFreshersGraduation in any discipline (highest qualification)
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Experienced Candidates Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• 6 months to 4 years of experience in Voice, Non-Voice, BPO, or Customer Support roles
• Key Responsibilities Handle customer queries through calls, emails, or chat based on the assigned process
• Provide timely and effective resolutions while ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Achieve individual and team performance targets
• Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines
• Required Skills Good verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in English
• One regional language is mandatory
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
