Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager cum Interior Designer who can handle the complete client journey—from lead conversion and design consultation to quotation preparation and project coordination.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong design capabilities, and the confidence to convince and convert prospective clients.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Business Development

• Handle incoming leads and inquiries professionally.

• Conduct client meetings and requirement gathering sessions.

• Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

• Convert design consultations into confirmed projects.

• Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

• Generate referrals and repeat business opportunities.

• ⁠Visit upcoming projects and architects along with team for business opportunities.

• Represent the company during client meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.

Interior Design

• Understand client requirements, lifestyle preferences, and budget expectations.

• Prepare conceptual layouts and space planning solutions.

• Develop design presentations and mood boards.

• Prepare detailed design proposals and quotations.

• Coordinate with execution teams for smooth project handover.

• Assist clients in material, finish, color, and furniture selections.

• Conduct site visits whenever required.

• Ensure designs are practical, aesthetically appealing, and executable within budget.

Coordination & Project Support

• Coordinate with site teams, and project managers.

• Track project progress and client approvals.

• Resolve client concerns professionally and proactively.

• Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.
