Job SummaryWe are seeking an Interior Site Project Supervisor with a minimum of 1 year of experience in managing interior fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for project coordination, supervising site execution, and ensuring that work is completed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and timelines.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and supervise daily site activities for interior fit-out projects
• Execute and monitor work related to electrical, plumbing, carpentry, fabrication, and finishing
• Ensure all work complies with design drawings, technical specifications, safety, and quality standards
• Manage project schedules and track progress to ensure timely completion
• Coordinate with designers, contractors, vendors, and client representatives
• Prepare daily site reports including work progress, materials usage, and labor deployment
• Check material quality and ensure proper handling and installation
• Identify and resolve site issues proactively
• Ensure cleanliness and safety at the work site
• Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 1 year of experience in interior project supervision
• Knowledge of interior fit-out work: Electrical, Plumbing, Fabrication, Carpentry
• Ability to read and understand AutoCAD drawings/design layouts
• Strong project coordination and site management skills
• Problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Good communication and team-handling skills
• Basic knowledge of safety procedures
• Education (Preferred)Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design or equivalent
• ITI certification in relevant fields is an added advantage
• Work ModeFull-time | On-site | Day shift
• Flexible to travel to project locations
