About the RoleStudio Strait Arc is looking for a proactive and responsible Site Incharge to assist in managing interior execution projects. This role is ideal for someone with basic knowledge of interior works who is eager to learn and grow in the field. Prior extensive experience is not required, as training will be provided.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise day-to-day site activities.
• Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other vendors.
• Ensure work is carried out according to drawings and instructions.
• Monitor the quality of work and report any issues.
• Track material deliveries and ensure proper usage at site.
• Take daily site photographs and share progress updates.
• Maintain site cleanliness and safety.
• Report project progress to the Project Manager/Designer.
• Assist in resolving minor site issues.
• Ensure work is completed within the planned schedule.
• Basic Knowledge RequiredBasic understanding of interior fit-out works.
• Ability to read simple drawings is an advantage (training can be provided).
• Familiarity with common interior materials such as plywood, laminates, hardware, and paint is preferred.
• Basic measuring skills using a measuring tape.
• Ability to use WhatsApp, Google Maps, and smartphone camera for communication and reporting.
