Interior Site Supervisor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Interior Site Engineer to oversee and manage the execution of interior projects at site level. The role involves coordinating with contractors, vendors, and the project team to ensure work is completed as per design specifications, quality standards, safety norms, and within the stipulated timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth progress of interior works (civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, finishing, etc.). Implement project plans and drawings on-site, ensuring accuracy as per design and BOQ (Bill of Quantities). Monitor workforce productivity, attendance, and allocation of tasks to labor and subcontractors. Ensure timely availability of materials and verify quality before use. Maintain strict adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards at site. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants for execution and problem-solving. Report site progress, issues, and updates regularly to the Project Manager/Head Office. Handle on-site measurements, material reconciliations, and billing support. Identify and escalate project risks, delays, or deviations immediately. Maintain site discipline, cleanliness, and safety protocols.
