Interior Site Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Interior Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day activities at interior project sites. The role involves coordinating with designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure that interior fit-out works are executed as per design, quality standards, timelines, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Supervision & Coordination

• Supervise all on-site interior works including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and finishing.
• Ensure that work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and design details.
• Coordinate with the design and project management teams for smooth workflow and problem-solving.
• Manage subcontractors, labor, and vendors to maintain productivity and efficiency.

2. Quality Control

• Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure adherence to quality and design standards.
• Identify and resolve site issues or discrepancies promptly.
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports.

3. Time & Resource Management

• Monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Manage site resources effectively — manpower, tools, and materials.
• Track material usage and inventory; coordinate timely delivery to avoid delays.

4. Safety & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to site safety protocols and company policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free site environment.
• Liaise with authorities or building management for site access and compliance if required.

5. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain daily site reports, attendance, progress updates, and photographic documentation.
• Report project status, issues, and completion progress to the Project Manager.
• Assist in preparing as-built drawings and project handover documentation.
