**Shift Timing:** 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Night Shift)

**Experience:** 0 – 2 Years

**Working Days:** Monday to Friday

**Week Offs:** Saturday & Sunday (Fixed)

**Job Description:**

Mergen Infotech OPC Pvt Ltd is looking for energetic and target-driven individuals for the role of International Voice Sales Executive. The candidate will be responsible for interacting with international customers, pitching products/services, and driving sales over voice calls.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Make outbound calls to international customers and generate sales

* Pitch products/services effectively and close deals

* Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions

* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

* Build and maintain strong customer relationships

* Update CRM with call details and sales status

**Eligibility Criteria:**

* 0–2 years of experience in sales / international voice process (Freshers can apply)

* Excellent spoken English and convincing skills

* Strong sales aptitude and negotiation skills

* Comfortable working in night shifts

* Basic computer knowledge

**Preferred Skills:**

* Prior experience in international sales or BPO is an added advantage

* Ability to handle objections and close sales confidently

* Goal-oriented and self-motivated
