International BPO Executive

Job Title: International Voice Process ExecutiveJob Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused International Voice Process Executives to handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Maintain customer records and update information in the system.
• Meet quality standards and performance targets.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualifications:

• Any graduate or undergraduate (depending on company requirements).
