📌 Job Title International Customer Support Executive – Voice Process📝 (English & Hindi)
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused International Customer Support Executive to join our voice process team.
The role involves handling international customer queries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in English and Hindi, a neutral accent, and proven experience in international voice support.
🎯 Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls with professionalism.
Provide accurate information, resolve queries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving and customer handling skills.
Maintain service quality standards and adhere to process guidelines.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for customer support processes.
📍 Work Location Work from Office – Marathahalli
🎓 Eligibility Graduate degree (any discipline)
💼 Experience Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process on papers.
🗓️ Working Days & Shifts 5 days a week 2 rotational week offs and Rotational shifts
💰 Compensation: Up to ₹37,000 CTC per month
✅ Requirements Work from office only (no remote option)
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi Neutral accent (no MTI influence)
Strong customer handling and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts and adapt to dynamic work environments
📈 Interview Process2 rounds of interview1 assessment – Hallo AI Score (C1 level)
Process 2 Banking Inbound Process
Handle inbound customer interactions via voice.
Provide product/service information and resolve customer issues Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Deliver excellent customer experience across multiple languages
Education: PUC / Graduate Freshers and above
Languages: Fluent in English and in any one of Kannada/Tamil/Telugu/Malayalam
Rounds: HR, Versant and Ops Manager Rounds.
Work Days: 6 days + 1 rotational week off
Both Male and Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
Shifts Rotational Shifts will be disclosed at the time of interview.
Locations; Marathahalli & Hebbal
Process 3: Need CA /ICWA Inter/ MBA (Finance) for " Financial Controller" role for one of our clients. Experience up to 4 years can be considered.
Package up to 35 LPA can be considered. Location: Bangalore South.
