Job Description
Position: International Non-Voice Process Executive
Location: Bengaluru
Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers & Experienced)
Qualification: Any Graduate / Undergraduate
- Key Responsibilities:Handle customer queries via Email and Chat support.
- Resolve customer concerns accurately and within defined timelines.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Update customer information and maintain records in the system.
- Follow process guidelines and company policies.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams.
- Required Skills:Excellent written English communication skills.
- Good typing speed and computer proficiency.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Eligibility Criteria:Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts/night shifts.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Salary:₹2.5 LPA – ₹4.5 LPA (Based on skills and experience)
