• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
• Generate sales by effectively presenting company offerings.
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Meet daily and monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets.
• Update customer information accurately in the CRM system.
• Follow company processes and quality standards.
• Required SkillsExcellent English communication.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts or night shifts.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
