*Job Summary:*

We are hiring experienced Customer Care Executives for US Process. The role involves handling inbound calls, assisting customers with their queries, and providing excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.

*Key Responsibilities:*

Handle customer calls and provide accurate information regarding products, orders, and services.

Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally within defined timelines.

Ensure adherence to quality and process guidelines.

Maintain customer records and document all interactions in the system.

Meet performance targets related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

*Requirements:*

Fresher's are eligible

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process (Customer Support or Customer Service).

Qualification: Undergraduate (PUC)

Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).

Willingness to work in night shifts (US shifts).

Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle high-pressure situations with patience and professionalism.

*Salary & Benefits:*

Fresher : CTC (3Lpa) In hand 20k

Exp: ₹27,000 – ₹33,000 (In-hand), based on experience and performance.
