This is a full-time, work-from-office role with rotational shifts and growth opportunities in customer experience and inbound sales.

Job RoleYou’ll be the first point of contact for international customers, handling inbound voice interactions.

Your responsibilities include:

• Answering inbound international customer calls
• Resolving customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally
• Ensuring quick and effective resolutions within SLA timelines
• Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant products/services
• Handling dissatisfied customers with empathy and confidence
• Accurately documenting customer interactions in CRM systems
• Working closely with internal teams to close issues efficiently
• Meeting quality, customer satisfaction, and sales conversion targets

RequirementsEligibility CriteriaPlease confirm if you meet the following:

• ✔ 1yr to 7yrs experience in International Voice Process (Customer Support or Sales)
• ✔ Exposure to inbound sales / upselling / cross-selling preferred (Not mandatory)
• ✔ Comfortable speaking to international customers
• ✔ Excellent English communication skills (verbal)
• ✔ Ability to handle escalations and objections calmly
• ✔ Willing to work in rotational shifts
• ✔ Ready for Work From Office – Bangalore (Adugodi)
