Internet Specialist

Job Summary:We are looking for dynamic and target-driven sales professionals to join our international telecom sales team for the AT&T process. The candidate will be responsible for interacting with international customers, promoting telecom products/services, generating sales, and delivering excellent customer service while achieving revenue targets.

• Key Responsibilities:Contact potential customers in international markets (primarily US customers) through outbound/inbound calls.
• Promote and sell telecom products and services such as internet plans, mobile plans, bundled packages, upgrades, and add-on services offered by AT&T.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable plans/products.
• Handle customer objections and provide effective solutions to close sales.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in CRM systems.
• Follow company sales scripts, compliance guidelines, and quality standards.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional telecom services whenever applicable.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on telecom products, pricing plans, and competitor offerings.
• Required Skills:Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Experience in international voice sales/BPO sales preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.
• Ability to work in night shifts (US shift timings).
• Target-oriented mindset.
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
• Qualifications:Any graduate/undergraduate can apply.
• Prior experience in international sales/telecom sales is preferred but not mandatory.
