Inventory & Dispatch Executive

About the Company Bakematic Digital Private Limited is a Bengaluru-based wholesale baking supplies company. We manufacture, supply, and export silicone bakeware, chocolate moulds, baking tools, gift packaging, and bakery ingredients to home bakers, professional pastry chefs, and bakery businesses across India and internationally.

Role OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Inventory Executive to manage day-to-day warehouse operations, stock handling, quality checks, and order dispatch coordination.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage inward and outward stock efficiently

* Perform regular inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records

* Ensure proper storage and organization of products in the warehouse

* Conduct quality control checks before dispatch

* Pick, pack, and prepare orders as per requirements

* Handle delivery bookings through platforms like Delhivery, Porter, and other logistics partners

* Coordinate with operations and dispatch teams for timely order fulfillment

* Maintain basic documentation and reports related to inventory and dispatch

Requirements

* Minimum qualification: 12th pass

* Basic computer knowledge (Shopify, MS Office, etc.)

* Good typing speed and accuracy

* Understanding of quality control processes

* Experience or knowledge of courier and delivery booking platforms (Delhivery, Porter, etc.)

* Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

* Attention to detail and responsibility in handling products

Working Details

* Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM

* Working Days: 6 days a week
