🏢 Position: Sales Executive / Sr. Sales Executive / Sales Manager

📍 Location: Bangalore

🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

🗓️ Working Days: 5 Days a Week

📌 Work Mode: Work from Office + Site Visit

🚀 Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

🔍 Roles & Responsibilities:

Engage with prospective clients and build strong professional relationships

Follow up regularly to convert leads into successful sales

Conduct property site visits and in-person client meetings

Execute effective customer engagement and retention strategies

Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets

Stay informed about real estate trends and updates in the Noida market

Handle negotiations and close deals efficiently

Maintain accurate records and daily sales reports

✅ Who Can Apply:

Minimum 6 months of sales experience

Own vehicle (2-wheeler or 4-wheeler) is mandatory for site visits

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to manage high-pressure sales situations

Preference will be given to candidates with a real estate background

Good knowledge of the Bangalore real estate market is an added advantage

No gap in CVs, Should be working at present.
