We aim to simplify real estate investing through curated assets and data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with qualified leads provided by the company and explain investment opportunities
- Educate clients on fractional ownership, ROI, rental yields, and exit strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors
- Conduct virtual or in-person presentations to potential clients
- Drive end-to-end sales closure and achieve monthly targets
- Follow up consistently with leads and nurture long-term investor relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding, documentation, and post-sale support
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular sales updates
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in sales / business development / real estate / financial products
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of real estate investment concepts (preferred but not mandatory)
- Target-driven with a consultative selling approach
- Comfortable handling HNI / retail investors
- Proficiency in English (Hindi/Malayalam is a plus)
Preferred Profile
- Experience in real estate sales, wealth management, or investment advisory
- Prior experience in high-value sales / ticket size closures
- Self-motivated, confident, and result-oriented
