IT Manager

Jyothi Gas is looking for an *IT Manager (Digital Transformation & AI)* to lead the implementation and adoption of technology across the organization.

This is *not a traditional IT support role*. The primary responsibility is to successfully implement software, use AI tools, and digital systems across every department, ensuring employees and stakeholders adopt and effectively use them.

You will work closely with management, vendors, and employees to understand business processes, deploy solutions, train users, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve our digital ecosystem.

## Key Responsibilities

* Lead the end-to-end implementation of new software, AI applications, and digital tools across all departments.

* Meet with departments and stakeholders to understand workflows and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.

* Plan, coordinate, and execute software rollouts, ensuring smooth adoption with minimal disruption.

* Train employees and provide hands-on support during implementation until systems are fully adopted.

* Troubleshoot operational and technical issues during implementation and work with vendors to resolve them quickly.

* Act as the primary point of contact between the company and software vendors, developers, and implementation partners.

* Manage and maintain ERP systems, business applications, dashboards, and AI platforms used across the company.

* Create and maintain SOPs, user guides, and internal documentation for all digital systems.

* Monitor software usage and recommend improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.

* Manage user accounts, permissions, software licenses, backups, and basic IT governance.

* Coordinate testing of new features, upgrades, and integrations before company-wide deployment.

* Identify new technologies and AI solutions that can improve business operations and reduce manual work.

## Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

* 3–7 years of experience in IT systems, software implementation, ERP, or digital transformation.

* Experience implementing enterprise software such as ERP, CRM, HRMS, or workflow management systems.

* Strong understanding of AI productivity tools and modern business software.

* Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.

* Strong communication and training abilities.

* Ability to work independently and drive projects from planning through successful implementation.

* Experience coordinating with external software vendors and technical teams.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

## Preferred Skills

* Experience with ERP implementation.

* Knowledge of cloud platforms and SaaS applications.

* Familiarity with automation tools and AI platforms.

* Basic understanding of databases, APIs, and software integrations.

* Experience managing digital transformation projects.
