IT trainer

 Key Responsibilities

- Deliver classroom and hands-on training in Python, Java, Web Development, SQL, and related core technologies.

- Take demo classes for prospective students and support admissions conversion through strong technical

presentation.

- Prepare training plans, lesson flow, assignments, practical tasks, and assessments for each batch.

- Guide students on mini-projects, capstone projects, internship tasks, and technical presentations.

- Track attendance, learning progress, course completion, and overall batch quality.

- Clarify student doubts and support lab practice with practical, job-oriented examples.

- Coordinate with management and admissions team on batch start dates, course flow, and student readiness.

- Support interview preparation, resume guidance, and practical industry orientation for students.

- Mentor junior trainer or support trainer and maintain academic discipline in daily operations.

- Conduct routine training sessions in Python or Java and support Web Development basics.

- Handle practical sessions, assignments, coding exercises, and lab work for student batches.

- Assist students in project work, debugging, implementation, and technical doubt clarification.

- Support demo sessions, orientation classes, and introductory technical discussions when required.

- Maintain student attendance, progress records, and completion status for assigned batches.

- Work closely with the lead trainer to ensure smooth syllabus coverage and consistent delivery.

- Support internship tasks and basic project mentoring for freshers and student groups.

- Help create a practical and job-oriented learning environment inside the classroom or lab.

Required Technical Skills

- Strong hands-on knowledge in Python.

- Good command over Java and OOP concepts.

- Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and basic web application flow.

- Exposure to Data Science / Machine Learning basics is preferred.

- Ability to explain concepts clearly to beginners, freshers, and student batches.

- Comfortable handling demos, projects, practical sessions, and academic coordination.

- Good knowledge in Python or Java.

- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Web Development.

- Working knowledge of SQL / DBMS concepts.

- Good communication and teaching aptitude.

- Ability to explain basics clearly to student and fresher-level audiences.

- Comfortable with practical teaching, lab sessions, and assignment support.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Previous experience in a training institute, internship company, coaching center, or skill-development environment.

- Can independently run multiple batches with confidence and consistency.

- Student-friendly, disciplined, and execution-focused.

- Strong practical orientation rather than theory-only teaching style.
