Job Description

Job Title: Counter Sales Executive – Jewelry Store

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹35,000 per month including Incentives (based on sales and behavior)

  • Job Responsibilities: Attend walk-in customers at the jewelry store and assist them with product selection
  • Showcase gold, diamond, and other jewelry items to customers
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and generate revenue
  • Maintain product display and ensure proper stock handling
  • Build and maintain good relationships with customers
  • Handle basic store operations
  • Fluent in Kannada (mandatory) and basic English
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Presentable and customer-focused approach
