Job Title: Junior Accountant

Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to manage invoicing, vendor coordination, and payables. The role involves working closely with art logistics, sales, and operations to ensure financial accuracy and smooth execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and manage invoices and proforma invoices for artworks and collectibles - Coordinate with sales and operations teams for accurate billing details

- Track and manage vendor payments including artists, framers, logistics partners - Follow up with vendors for invoices and reconcile discrepancies

- Maintain clean financial records and documentation (primarily on Excel) - Assist with GST documentation and compliance

- Support monthly closing and bookkeeping tasks

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance

- 0–2 years of experience

- Strong working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets is essential

- Familiarity with accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, etc.) is preferred but not required What We’re Looking For:
