Role Overview: The Junior Composite Technician will assist senior composite engineers and technicians in the manufacturing and assembly of advanced composite components. This role is ideal for candidates with a technical diploma or ITI background who are eager to build a career in advanced materials and defense manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparation, lay-up, and curing of composite materials.
- Operate and maintain machines such as CNC, autoclaves, and 3D printers.
- Support senior engineers in testing, inspection, and quality assurance of composite parts.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or ITI in Electrical, Mechanical, Fitter, or Machine Operations.
- Hands-on experience with CNC machines, autoclaves, or 3D printing preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
