Junior Fashion Designer Intern

Lance is a premium menswear brand focused on creating refined essentials through exceptional fabrics, thoughtful construction and timeless design. We are building a product first brand where quality, craftsmanship and attention to detail define every garment. As an early team member, you will work directly with the founder and contribute to building the brand from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in premium menswear product development.

• Create and refine technical sketches and tech packs.

• Research premium global menswear brands, fabrics, trims and garment construction.

• Research premium detailing, embroidery, buttons, labels and packaging.

• Assist in colour palette development and collection planning.

• Prepare mood boards, presentations and design documentation.

• Support logo placement, branding applications and product identity.

• Coordinate with manufacturers during sampling and product development.

• Review samples and document product improvements.

• Maintain product specifications and development records.

Preferred Qualifications
