🚀 We're Hiring: Junior Software Automation Engineer
📍 Bommasandra Industrial Area, Bengaluru | Full-Time | 0–2 Years Experience
Dexterous India Pvt Ltd — a leading B2B manufacturer of aluminium profile systems and automation accessories — is looking for a Junior Software Automation Engineer to join our growing IT team!
If you love building things end-to-end — from backend logic to frontend interfaces — and want hands-on exposure to ERP systems, AI chatbots, and automation, this role is for you.
🔧 What you'll work on:
✅ Odoo ERP customization & development
✅ AI chatbot development & integration
✅ Web application development (frontend + backend)
✅ REST API development & third-party integrations
✅ PostgreSQL database design & maintenance
✅ Automation workflows for business processes
💻 Skills we're looking for:
Backend: Python, Flask, REST APIs, JSON/XML, PostgreSQL, SQL
Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap
🎓 Good to have:
Exposure to Odoo ERP, AI/chatbot frameworks (Rasa, Dialogflow, OpenAI APIs), and Git/version control.
