Kitchen Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Kitchen Manager to lead our cloud kitchen operations and support our growing team.

• RequirementsMinimum 8 years of experience in the food service industry.
• At least 1+ year of experience in a Kitchen Manager, Assistant Kitchen Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation, food safety, and hygiene standards.
• Experience in managing kitchen teams, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
• Proficiency in inventory management, food costing, stock control, and vendor coordination.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a cloud kitchen, QSR, restaurant, or multi-brand food business is preferred.
• Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and hygiene.
• Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff to achieve operational excellence.
• Monitor inventory, procurement, and cost control measures.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company SOPs.
• Coordinate with management to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Support HR in onboarding new employees by identifying and referring suitable candidates from industry networks and professional contacts.
