Job Description
- Order Management: Manage incoming orders, coordinate with chefs and delivery partners, and ensure timely dispatch.
- Packing & Quality Control: Verify order accuracy, customer instructions, packaging, and food quality before dispatch.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock, update inventory, coordinate procurement, and minimize wastage.
- Kitchen Coordination: Support daily kitchen operations, production planning, and smooth communication between the kitchen and operations.
- Administration & Reporting: Maintain operational records, oversee day-to-day administration, and prepare daily sales, inventory, and operational reports.
