Job Overview

Responsible for raw ingredient preparation, fresh juice production, hygienic packaging, and daily inventory checks to ensure efficient kitchen operations and high product quality.

Key Responsibilities

 * Prep Work: Wash, peel, slice, and chop fresh fruits and vegetables according to kitchen standards while minimizing food waste.

 * Juice Production: Extract and blend fresh juices following standard recipes, ensuring correct taste, freshness, and appearance.

 * Packaging & Labeling: Hygienically package cut produce and juices, applying clear labels with dates and storage details per food safety guidelines.

 * Production & Quality Control: Check daily output against production sheets, inspect incoming raw produce for quality, and ensure proper stock storage.

 * Hygiene & Safety: Maintain clean workstations and sanitize prep tools continuously, adhering strictly to food safety and health standards.

Key Requirements

 * Experience: 1–2 years in culinary prep or food production.

 * Skills: Solid knife skills, knowledge of juicing equipment, and basic food hygiene practices.

The candidate should know how to prepare smoothies and rice bowl - Highly prefer candidates from cloud kitchen, Zepto Cafe, Swiggy cafe or Blinkit Bistro.
