Job Description

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Laptop Service Technician to provide on-site field service for Dell and HP laptops that are under warranty. The ideal candidate should have experience in diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing laptop hardware components while delivering excellent customer service.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesVisit customer locations to provide on-site warranty support for Dell and HP laptops.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware-related issues.
  • Repair or replace faulty laptop components such as keyboards, batteries, displays, motherboards, RAM, SSD/HDD, charging ports, and adapters.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and system health checks.
  • Ensure timely resolution of service requests while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Follow company SOPs and safety guidelines during field visits.
