Laptop Repair & Refurbishment Engineer / Technician

Program Details
We are hiring fresh Engineering Graduates, Diploma Holders, and ITI Graduates for our Laptop Repair & Refurbishment team.
Selected candidates will undergo:
- 2 months of training followed by a 1-year apprenticeship program, with an opportunity for full-time employment upon successful completion of the program.
- Stipend BE/B.Tech: ₹20,000 per month (In-hand)
- Diploma: ₹18,000 per month (In-hand)
- ITI: ₹18,000 per month (In-hand)
Role Overview
The role involves hands-on work on laptops and desktops within our refurbishment facility. Candidates will be responsible for assembly, disassembly, testing, cleaning, hardware replacement, software installation, and quality checks.
This role is ideal for individuals interested in computer hardware, electronics, repair operations, and technical troubleshooting.
- Key ResponsibilitiesLaptop and desktop disassembly and reassembly
- Hardware cleaning and refurbishment activities
- RAM, SSD, keyboard, battery, display, speaker, fan, and adapter replacement
- Basic hardware troubleshooting and diagnostics
- Operating system installation and driver installation
- Functional testing of ports, display, webcam, audio, keyboard, Wi-Fi, and battery
- BIOS checking and firmware-related activities
- Thermal paste application and cooling system servicing
- Following standard operating procedures (SOPs) for refurbishment and quality control
- Proper handling of screws, connectors, flex cables, and electronic components
- Maintaining quality, productivity, and process discipline
- Updating system status in ERP/software systems
