Job Description

What you'll do:

  • Answer and follow up on all enquiry calls (from Google Ads, Instagram, website)
  • Maintain and update the lead tracker (Excel/Google Sheets/CRM) — every call logged, every lead's status current
  • Coordinate and track material sample dispatches to architects/clients
  • Schedule site visits and client meetings for the founder/sales team
  • Send timely follow-ups so no lead goes cold

Who we're looking for:

  • 1-3 years in telecalling, front office, or client coordination (interior design/real estate/construction background is a strong plus but not mandatory)
  • Comfortable on the phone, polite, persistent with follow-ups
  • Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Based in Bangalore, able to work from our office/showroom
