Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining our products and services to potential customers, and assisting them with the registration or purchase process.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to the provided contact numbers and connect with the mentioned contact person.
- Follow the approved script to explain the purpose of the call and highlight the benefits of the product/service.
- If required, connect with the concerned decision-maker and explain the product/service in detail.
- Once the customer shows interest, guide them through the registration, sign-up, or purchase process over the call.
- If the customer requests further details, send an email to the confirmed email ID and assist them accordingly.
- Follow up with interested customers to ensure the registration, sign-up, or purchase process is completed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer responses, call outcomes, and follow-up schedules in the provided template.
- Share regular updates and reports with the client/team as required.
- For RnR customers (Ringing but Not Responding), make up to three call attempts.
- Qualifications and SkillsProven experience in telecalling, telesales, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive approach.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate customer records and follow-up schedules.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in communication tools such as email, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools or Excel for data tracking will be an added advantage.
