Job Description
Lead Generation
- Call prospective B2B customers from company-provided databases.
- Generate new leads through Google Search, Google Maps, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Justdial, exhibitions, and referrals.
- Identify wholesalers, distributors, retailers, supermarkets, pharmacies, exporters, and institutional buyers.
Sales Activities
- Make 80–120 outbound calls daily.
- Introduce company products professionally.
- Understand customer requirements.
- Recommend suitable products.
- Explain pricing, MOQ, logistics, and payment terms.
- Close sales and achieve monthly targets
Follow-up Management
- Maintain regular follow-ups until closure.
- Share product catalogues, quotations, price lists, samples, and payment details.
- Ensure timely customer responses.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
Customer Relationship
- Build long-term relationships.
- Resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain repeat business.
- Coordinate with logistics and production teams for dispatch updates.
CRM & Reporting
- Update every call in CRM/Excel.
- Maintain customer database.
- Submit daily activity reports.
- Report sales pipeline to Team Leader.
