We are looking for an exceptional, emotionally mature, and compassionate female mentor (Age 20–40) to work as a Personal Mentor & Life Coach for a kind-hearted 18-year-old girl.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who can act as a supportive mentor, educator, companion, and positive role model.
✨ Role Overview
The selected candidate will help with:
- Academic guidance & English learning (from beginner level)
- Emotional encouragement & confidence building
- Daily routine management & life skill development
- Engaging activities, outdoor visits & cultural exposure
- Creating a positive, motivating, and joyful environment
✅ Key Responsibilities
- 📘 Teach basic academics and English in a practical, engaging way
- 💬 Communicate effectively in Hebrew (mandatory/preferred)
- 🌱 Support emotional growth and social confidence
- 🚶 Participate in activities like volunteering, hiking, outings & exploration
- 🤝 Build a healthy mentor-companion relationship with patience and empathy
🎯 Preferred Candidate Profile
- Female candidate (20–45 years)
- Good Hebrew communication skills
- Strong English proficiency
- Emotionally mature, patient & energetic personality
- Background in Education, Psychology, Social Work, Counselling, or Youth Mentorship preferred
- Positive “big sister” mentorship approach highly valued
💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 per month
