Job Description:

Branch Internship Executives will undergo a structured 6-month internship program at Muthoot branches, receiving both practical and theoretical on-the-job training. This program is designed exclusively for fresh graduates and aims to build strong foundational skills in branch operations and customer service. Upon successful completion, candidates will be promoted to Junior Relationship Executive (JRE).

Key Details

Duration: 6 Months

Location: Nearest Muthoot Branch (within 5–10 km radius of your residence)

Salary: ₹2.50 LPA to ₹2.92 LPA (including variables after internship completion)

Stipend: Applicable during Internship (for freshers) 10,000/- Per Month & Increased 14,000/- Per Months after 3 months Duration 6 months Hence promoted Onroll.

Eligibility: Graduate Freshers (Passed out between 2020–2025)

About the Role:

We are looking for dynamic, motivated fresh graduates to join us as Branch Internship Executives. This internship includes government-certified training and provides exposure to financial services, customer handling, and branch operations. Successful candidates will be promoted to Junior Relationship Executive with excellent career growth opportunities.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in daily Gold Loan operations and branch activities.
• Support in addressing customer queries and resolving service issues.
• Participate in lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention tasks.
• Support marketing and promotional activities within the branch (post-training).
• Build and maintain client relationships by offering personalized services.
• Handle administrative tasks, data entry, and branch reporting.
• Gain hands-on exposure to financial products, services, and customer relationship management.

• Eligibility CriteriaGraduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
• Freshers who completed graduation between 2020–2025.
• Strong communication skills in local/ regional languages.
