Logistics Executive

We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Logistics & Order Operations Coordinator to take ownership of our post-purchase journey. In this role, you will be the backbone of our order fulfillment and customer tracking operations. You will ensure that every Hyppy order moves smoothly from our fulfillment partner to the customer's doorstep, proactively solve transit exceptions, and serve as a calm, empathetic voice when shipping queries arise.

Key Responsibilities

 Order Monitoring & Tracking (WISMO Management): Monitor daily dispatch queues and tracking dashboards across our shipping partners to ensure packages are moving on schedule.

 Proactive Exception Handling: Identify stuck, delayed, or undelivered shipments before the customer reaches out. Coordinate directly with 3PL and courier partners (e.g., Shiprocket, Delhivery, Bluedart) to resolve transit bottlenecks.

 Customer Communication: Manage post-purchase support inquiries regarding order status, tracking links, and delivery updates via email, WhatsApp, and chat with a tone of warmth and clarity.

 RTO (Return to Origin) Mitigation: Proactively coordinate with customers and delivery executives to confirm delivery slots and address address-related issues, minimizing failed deliveries and high return costs.

 Fulfillment Coordination: Work closely with our warehouse/packaging teams and vendors to ensure prepackaged inventory is dispatched cleanly and accurately.

 Process Feedback: Track recurring courier delays or packaging pain points and share actionable insights with operations to continuously improve our delivery network.

What We Are Looking For

 Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, logistics coordination, or customer support for a D2C/retail brand.

 Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating Shopify dashboards, shipping aggregators (like Shiprocket/ClickPost), and helpdesk/WhatsApp business tools.

 Problem-Solving Mindset: Calm under pressure with a strong knack for tracking down missing information and resolving logistics disputes quickly.

 Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first approach.

 Detail-Oriented: Highly organized, capable of managing daily operational checklists without letting orders slip through the cracks.
