Job Description

• We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Fleet Operations Executives to join our logistics team in Basavanagudi, Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

- Daily entry and updating of fleet operational data.

- Maintain records of diesel consumption, vehicle location updates, driver advances, trip expenses, and other operational expenses.

- Maintain fleet-related documents and records.

- Manage transit documents, PODs, permits, insurance, fitness certificates, and other compliance documents.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

- Coordinate with drivers and operations teams regarding vehicle movements and documentation.

- Ensure timely updating and filing of all fleet-related records.

- Support management with data analysis and reporting using MS Excel.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of MS Office.

- Strong MS Excel skills are mandatory.

- Good English communication and report preparation skills.

- Fast and accurate typing skills.

- Good coordination and communication abilities.

- Attention to detail and record-keeping skills.

Language Requirements

Candidates must be able to communicate in:

- Kannada

- Hindi

- Tamil

(Hindi communication is essential as most drivers are Hindi-speaking.)

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Male candidates only.

- Local candidates residing near Basavanagudi and surrounding areas will be preferred.

- Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience can apply.
