Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Logistics & Shipment Management: Coordinate export schedules, book cargo with freight forwarders/carriers, and track shipments from the warehouse to the final international destination.
- Compliance & Customs: Ensure adherence to global trade laws, verify HS codes, manage export-related licenses (e.g., EPCG, Advance Licenses), and align with customs house agents
- Documentation: Prepare and verify all essential shipping documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading, and Letters of Credit (LC) to prevent payment delays.
- Vendor Negotiations: Negotiate freight rates, evaluate third-party logistics (3PL) providers, and establish contractual structures with international agents and distributors.
- Risk & Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any supply chain bottlenecks, customs holds, or transit delays efficiently.
