Job Description
We are looking for a Logistics & Product Cataloging Executive to manage inventory, order processing, shipping coordination, and product catalog creation/maintenance across e-commerce platforms and marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and basic knowledge of online product listing and logistics operations.
- Key ResponsibilitiesLogistics ManagementCoordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
- Manage order processing, packing, dispatch, and delivery tracking.
- Coordinate with courier partners and transport vendors.
- Monitor inventory levels and stock movements.
- Handle returns, replacements, and reverse logistics.
- Maintain logistics records and shipment documentation.
- Resolve delivery-related issues and customer queries.
- Product CatalogingCreate and update product listings on company website and marketplaces.
- Upload product images, specifications, pricing, and descriptions.
- Ensure product information accuracy and consistency.
- Categorize products appropriately for better search visibility.
- Optimize product titles, attributes, and metadata.
- Coordinate with procurement and marketing teams for new product launches.
- Monitor catalog quality and fix listing errors.
