Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1) Inventory management - Maintain accurate inventory records and track stock movement and availabilty on various channels. Maintain daily reports on stock, dispatches, returns etc.
2) Delivery- Coordinate order processing and ensure timely dispatch and delivery. Follow up with delivery partners and internal teams for 100% on-time fulfillment and 100% stock availability on various online and offline channels.
3) Customer support - Handle customer complaints, delivery issues, and refund coordination.
Required Skills
Fresher or 1–2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, inventory, or operations.
Good communication and coordination skills. English mandatory.
Good knowledge of Excel and inventory tracking.
Ability to manage pressure and solve customer issues quickly.
Salary
Around 25-30K per month, based on skills and experience. Slightly negotiable
