• Learn how high-performing sales teams are built and managed
• Phase 2: Team Leadership DevelopmentTrain and mentor new recruits
• Support daily team planning, motivation, and performance tracking
• Learn people management, coaching, and leadership fundamentals
• Take responsibility for small teams and targets
• Phase 3: Management & Business OperationsManage teams, campaigns, and client outcomes
• Learn strategic planning, operations, and decision-making
• Work closely with senior leadership on business growth initiatives
• Prepare for long-term roles in management, consulting, or leadership
