Job Summary

The Overall Manager is responsible for overseeing the company's day-to-day operations, managing teams, ensuring business growth, improving productivity, and achieving organizational goals. The role involves coordinating with all departments to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily business operations.

Manage and supervise all departments (HR, Sales, Operations, Accounts, etc.).

Develop and implement business strategies.

Monitor employee performance and provide guidance.

Ensure targets and KPIs are achieved.

Handle client relationships and resolve escalations.

Prepare reports for senior management.

Manage budgets and control operational costs.

Recruit, train, and mentor employees.

Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).

5–10 years of management experience.

Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP/CRM software.

Ability to manage multiple teams and projects.
