Job Description

City Manager/Gym Manager – Fitness & Corporate Wellness OperationsOverviewA leading corporate wellness company is hiring a dynamic City Manager to oversee fitness, sports, and operational delivery across corporate client sites.


  • Locations: Hyderabad & Bangalore (Local candidates preferred)
  • Experience: 2–3 years
  • Schedule: Monday to Saturday
  • Salary: Competitive (Based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

  • Operations: Manage day-to-day operations, facility upkeep, and multi-site fitness infrastructure.
  • Team Management: Supervise, source, and recruit fitness trainers and sports coaches.
  • Client Engagement: Maintain client relationships, handle coordination, and support retention strategies.
  • Events: Execute corporate sports events, fitness challenges, and wellness programs.
  • Reporting & Logistics: Maintain MIS/attendance reports and coordinate vendor procurement/maintenance.


  • Requirements & Background
  • Experience: 2–3 years in Sports/Fitness Management, Corporate Wellness, Hospitality, or Facility Management.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, client handling, and independent problem-solving.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the city.
  • Plus Point: Experience managing multiple sites simultaneously.
