Job Title: Manufacturing and Production Engineer

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

About the Company:At Neo San, we specialize in decentralized waste management solutions with a range of on-site electrical incinerators designed to handle sanitary and non-recyclable waste safely and efficiently.


Education & Experience:

  • Qualification: Diploma / ITI
  • Experience: Fresher
  • Location: Bengaluru
  • Joining: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support in assembly and testing of electrical incinerator units.
  • Maintain manufacturing records, checklists, and daily production reports.
  • Assist in quality checks and ensure standard operating procedures are followed.
  • Work with the production team for efficient workflow and material handling.


Skills & Competencies:

  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and tools.
  • Familiarity with assembly.
  • Good team coordination and communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing setup.
