Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and energetic Marketing Executive to promote our event management services, generate leads, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will help increase brand visibility through online and offline marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for events and services.
• Coordinate with the design and production teams for marketing materials.
• Identify potential clients and generate leads for weddings, corporate events, and private functions.
• Handle client inquiries and assist in converting leads into bookings.
• Monitor marketing performance and prepare reports.
• Build partnerships with vendors and collaborators.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of marketing experience (event industry preferred).
• Good knowledge of social media marketing and digital promotions.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Creative thinking and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Photography/videography sense for event promotion.
• Knowledge of Instagram reels, trending content, and hashtags.
• Experience in lead generation and client coordination.
