Job Responsibilities:

• Reach out to hotel management colleges via calls and introduce company programs.
• Pitch international internship and placement opportunities to college authorities.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings with colleges for seminars.
• Visit colleges to conduct seminars and presentations for students.
• Explain program details, benefits, and career opportunities abroad.
• Build and maintain relationships with college management and placement cells.
• Generate leads and convert them into enrollments.
• Achieve monthly targets and report performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel within Bangalore and nearby areas.
• Confidence in public speaking and conducting seminars.
• Experience in sales/marketing or education sector is a plus.
