Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Executive / Marketing Agent to generate new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and promote our interior design and furniture solutions. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, marketing, networking, and client engagement.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness

Development & Lead Generation :

• Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
• Identify potential customers, architects, builders, contractors, and commercial clients.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Schedule and attend client meetings and site visits.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the design team for suitable solutions.
• Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into business opportunities.

Brand Promotion & Marketing:

• Promote WoodLite Interiors & Furniture services in targeted markets.
• Participate in exhibitions, promotional events, and marketing campaigns.
• Assist in managing social media promotions and local marketing activities.
• Represent the company professionally during client interactions.

Reporting & Coordination:

• Maintain records of leads, meetings, and sales activities.
• Submit weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Coordinate with designers, project managers, and management teams.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
• Knowledge of interiors, furniture, architecture, or construction industry is an added advantage.

Qualifications:

• Any Graduate / Diploma Holder.
• MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
