WE ARE LOOKING FOR;-
We are seeking dynamic, results-driven, and self-motivated Sales Executives who are passionate about building client relationships, meeting sales targets, and contributing to business growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong negotiation ability, and a customer centric approach.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES;-
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client meetings.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions or services.
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPI’s.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client communications in the CRM.
- Coordinate with delivery and recruitment teams to ensure timely service fulfillment.
- Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- ELIGIBILITY CRIETERIA;-
- Any graduates or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Freshers or 1years experience
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-driven with a strong sense of urgency and goal orientation.
