WE ARE LOOKING FOR;-

We are seeking dynamic, results-driven, and self-motivated Sales Executives who are passionate about building client relationships, meeting sales targets, and contributing to business growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong negotiation ability, and a customer centric approach.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES;-

  •  Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client meetings.
  •  Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions or services.
  •  Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
  •  Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  •  Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPI’s.
  •  Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client communications in the CRM.
  •  Coordinate with delivery and recruitment teams to ensure timely service fulfillment.
  •  Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • ELIGIBILITY CRIETERIA;-
  •  Any graduates or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.  Freshers or 1years experience
  •  Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication.
  •  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  •  Self-driven with a strong sense of urgency and goal orientation.
