Job Title: Marketing Manager – Real Estate

Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Manager with a strong background in the real estate industry. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies to generate quality leads and support sales closures

.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns for real estate projects
• Generate quality leads through digital and offline marketing channels
• Manage performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
• Monitor and optimize CPL (Cost per Lead) and ROI
• Coordinate and monitor activities with the internal marketing team to ensure smooth execution of campaigns
• Coordinate with sales team to track lead conversion and campaign effectiveness
• Handle branding, promotions, and project launches
• Work closely with channel partners and marketing vendors
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports
• Ensure timely execution of all marketing activities
• Requirements:Minimum 4+ years of experience in real estate marketing (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and lead generation strategies
• Hands-on experience with paid campaigns and analytics tools
• Good knowledge of Bangalore real estate market preferred
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

• Team coordination and leadership
• Qualification:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
